The Massive Nut is an ultra-compact multi-tool which combines six file patterns, a continuous ruler, and a high precision metal fidget spinner - all in your pocket.

CNC-milled from real hardened steel files, the Edges on The Massive Nut can tackle any project. Whether you're smoothing out curb rash on your rims, cleaning up 3D prints, sharpening a camp axe, or just fixing a jagged nail during a phone call, it’s got you covered.

HOW TO USE.

Precision-crafted for those who build, create, and refine. Take the edge off with a Massive Nut.

The hub of the Massive Nut uses an ultra-low friction bearing [ABEC 5] for a smooth and endlessly satisfying spin while sitting comfortably on your finger or on any flat surface. The bearing can also be easily swapped out if you’d like to upgrade or experiment with a different rating.

Each Massive Nut Edge is CNC milled to the tightest tolerances, ensuring a perfect fit and precise measurements. By machining the hardened steel file plates to exactly 1 inch (2.5cm), you can use the Massive Nut to measure any project you're working on.

WHAT ARE THE ARROWS FOR?

There are two arrows on the Massive Nut: the outer arrow can be used as a spin-the-bottle pointer, while the inner arrow points to one of the six labeled Edges and functions like a six-sided die.

 

We're manufacturing limited-edition Titanium units for those who demand the best. With one of the highest strength-to-weight ratios of all metals, Titanium is way overkill for most applications... and that's why we love it.

very smart design

I thought I was buying it as a roll and go ruler, but in my opinion it excels as a graduated file. I make guitars and there are just a lot of tight corners in guitars and a lot of things to file, like fret ends, that benefit from having multiple file densities this handy.
Assembly is a bit of a pain due to the angle of access to the nuts that hold the files to the base, but they very smartly included a ball-end allen wrench which facilitates access.
If I don't lose it in the shop, I will be using it a lot.

Items returned within 10 days of their original delivery date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund.

When will my order ship?

All orders will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business day (M-F) of placing your order, unless the item is backordered.

Where is my tracking number?

Once an item is ordered, you will receive an email confirmation. At this point, your order has been received, but it has not been boxed up. Once shipped, you will receive a second email containing a tracking number. Most tracking numbers will not update until 24 hours after you receive them.

How long does shipping take?
Once you receive a tracking number, your item should arrive within 2-4 business days with USPS First Class Mail. You may opt for USPS Priority Mail which delivers within 1-3 business days. We ship from Southern California, so states/cities closer to our origin will be delivered in the earlier part of the window.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we can ship our product internationally. We offer discounted shipping rates (minus ~$5USD) for our international friends - we don't want you to feel left out just because you live on another part of this floating rock. We'll include the equivalent credit and have the discounted rate automatically calculated at checkout (the credit will not show as a separate line item).

What happens if my item breaks during shipping?
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no cost. Notify our support team within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and a photo of the packaging and damaged item(s). We'll take care of the rest.
Don't throw anything away until you're contacted by our support team (support@stabbylabs.com)! In the event you're asked to ship a package back, we will always provide a prepaid return shipping label.
