// Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills/lathes.
- Perform precision tolerance checks down to micrometers.
- Maintain machinery tooling, fluid levels, and overall cell organization.
- Continuously inspect finished parts for surface finishing flaws.
// Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a high-tolerance production shop.
- Deep understanding of G-code and CAM software adjustments.
- Experience working with precision titanium or metal machining is highly preferred.

Capture the mechanical aesthetics of our gear. Build content pipelines across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

- Shoot high-fidelity product photos, crisp macro videos, and aesthetic satisfying ASMR gear content.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement, comments, and brand voice.
- Plan, script, and edit high-performing vertical content (TikTok/Reels).
- Highlight the behind-the-scenes engineering and manufacturing process.

- Strong portfolio of short-form video editing and macro photography.
- Deeply embedded in modern internet culture, trends, and the design/EDC space.
- Ability to make mechanical, technical topics highly engaging visually.
Operations Manager
Oversee global fulfillment logistics, coordinate inventory supply chains, and keep our store running flawlessly.

- Manage global supply chain logistics, inbound shipments, and third-party fulfillment centers.
- Oversee ecommerce inventory management across multiple product lines and drops.
- Resolve complex carrier disputes, high-value lost inventory claims, and warehouse discrepancies.
- Optimize operational workflows to scale our daily fulfillment capacities.

- 3+ years in operations management for a fast-growing D2C ecommerce brand.
- Experience dealing directly with freight forwarders, carriers, and multi-channel fulfillment.
- Hyper-organized, data-driven, and unflappable under supply-chain pressure.
