Order over $49 ship free within the USA! International orders will be calculated at checkout (automatic $5 USD discount applied).

Items returned within 10 days of their original delivery date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns.
When will my order ship?
All orders will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business day (M-F) of placing your order, unless the item is backordered.
Where is my tracking number?
Once an item is ordered, you will receive an email confirmation. At this point, your order has been received, but it has not been boxed up. Once shipped, you will receive a second email containing a tracking number. Most tracking numbers will not update until 24 hours after you receive them.
How long does shipping take?
Once you receive a tracking number, your item should arrive within 2-4 business days with USPS First Class Mail. You may opt for USPS Priority Mail which delivers within 1-3 business days. We ship from Southern California, so states/cities closer to our origin will be delivered in the earlier part of the window.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we can ship our product internationally. We offer discounted shipping rates (minus ~$5USD) for our international friends - we don't want you to feel left out just because you live on another part of this floating rock. We'll include the equivalent credit and have the discounted rate automatically calculated at checkout (the credit will not show as a separate line item).
What happens if my item breaks during shipping?
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no cost. Notify our support team within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and a photo of the packaging and damaged item(s). We'll take care of the rest.
Don't throw anything away until you're contacted by our support team (email@example.com)! In the event you're asked to ship a package back, we will always provide a prepaid return shipping label.
