Wish there was a dedicated pen AND pencil.

This product is truly amazing and each part of it gets a five star however I wish there were two different versions, a pencil and a pen. Hear me out because I’m aware it’s both. First, the pencil quality is amazing especially for not being a pencil person it makes me want to use it and the quality of the pen is also amazing. However, the frustration is when using the pen the eraser doesn’t sit well on the pencil side so if you move too quick it flies off, more than once it’s rolled away almost to never be found again. If there was just a pencil with all the attachments AND a pen with all the other attachments I’d honestly buy both even at the same price.
Honestly the best part was opening the pen holder and the warning on the bottom-IYKYK! Solid purchase though!

FN Pen BadA**!!

I bought the FN Pen 2.0 because I fly a lot for work and it has always bothered me that I didn't have "something" incase of an emergency. This is it!! Also, I was curious how the pencil was going to be with the interchangeable tips but it's impressively strong and dense. Won't write on your skin but writes great on paper. All around good quality and makes me want to buy something else from S/L.

When will my order ship?

All orders will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business day (M-F) of placing your order, unless the item is backordered.

Where is my tracking number?

Once an item is ordered, you will receive an email confirmation. At this point, your order has been received, but it has not been boxed up. Once shipped, you will receive a second email containing a tracking number. Most tracking numbers will not update until 24 hours after you receive them.

How long does shipping take?
Once you receive a tracking number, your item should arrive within 2-4 business days with USPS First Class Mail. You may opt for USPS Priority Mail which delivers within 1-3 business days. We ship from Southern California, so states/cities closer to our origin will be delivered in the earlier part of the window.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we can ship our product internationally. We offer discounted shipping rates (minus ~$5USD) for our international friends - we don't want you to feel left out just because you live on another part of this floating rock. We'll include the equivalent credit and have the discounted rate automatically calculated at checkout (the credit will not show as a separate line item).

What happens if my item breaks during shipping?
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no cost. Notify our support team within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and a photo of the packaging and damaged item(s). We'll take care of the rest.
Don't throw anything away until you're contacted by our support team (support@stabbylabs.com)! In the event you're asked to ship a package back, we will always provide a prepaid return shipping label.
